Coverage, honestly
Every chart is drawn somewhere first. Ours started in the Tyrrhenian.
**Strong today.** Mediterranean — from the Balearics across the Italian coast to the Greek islands — has dense place coverage, reliable forecast windows via Open-Meteo Marine, and good routing through pgRouting on the MARNET backbone. European Atlantic (Biscay, Channel, Irish Sea) is nearly as strong; coastal routing is solid, POIs are good but patchier than the Med.
**Partial.** North Atlantic and the Baltic are in place with forecast + routing coverage but thinner POI density — because the community is smaller there, for now.
**Roadmap.** Pacific coverage is a Q3 target: tidal stations from third-party sources, refreshed MARNET edges, POIs via the OpenStreetMap Overpass mirror network. AIS live tracking and offline mode are on the list for after GA.
If you sail somewhere we're thin and your AI files a dozen good proposals, we'll notice. That's the point of this beta.
