Acceptance

Using Nausika means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not connect the MCP endpoint or create an account.

Beta

Nausika is in public beta. Data accuracy is best-effort. Do not rely on Nausika for life-safety-critical navigation. Always cross-check with certified navigation sources before making departure decisions.

Acceptable use

No abuse of the MCP endpoint, no scraping, no automated account creation, no resale of free-tier capacity. Fair-use rate caps apply to every key; see /pricing.

Community contributions

When you file a proposal (directly or via your AI agent), you grant Nausika a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, redistribute and serve that data as part of the community atlas, subject to our review process.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Nausika and its contributors are not liable for damages arising from reliance on the data. For the list of data sources we aggregate, see /about.

Changes

We will notify beta users 30 days before any material change to these terms. Continued use after the notice constitutes acceptance.
